One apartment instead of two hotel rooms
A family of five in a hotel usually means booking two rooms, splitting up at bedtime, and eating every meal out. One of our 2 Bedroom units puts everyone under one roof with a living room to share, a dining table that seats six, and a kitchen for the meals that are easier made than ordered — breakfast before a day out, or something simple for a child who will not eat what the restaurant has.
The washing machine matters more than it sounds. On a trip longer than a few days with children, it is the difference between packing for the whole stay and packing for three days.

Bringing the family to Johor Bahru
How many people can stay in one unit?
Our 2 Bedroom units sleep up to five guests and the Dualkey Suite sleeps up to six. The 1+1 Bedroom takes three. Folding beds can be added to most units for an extra charge.
Is there anything for children on site?
Yes — Space Residency has a kids' pool, a children's playground and an indoor lounge, plus a sky garden with a koi pond. All are included with your stay.
Can we cook for the family?
The 1+1 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom and Dualkey units all have a full kitchen, and every unit has a washing machine. A hypermarket for the grocery run is a 3-minute walk away inside KSL City Mall.
What is a Dualkey Suite, and is it good for a multi-generational trip?
A Dualkey Suite is two independent, lockable units sharing a private foyer. Each side has its own bathroom and kitchenette. It suits grandparents travelling with a young family, or two families who want to be together without sharing a bathroom.
Do you provide extra beds?
Folding beds can be added during booking on units that allow them, up to that unit's limit. The price and limit are shown on the unit's booking page.
Is the building safe for kids?
Space Residency is a smoke-free property with a security alarm and 24-hour security. There is a convenience store on site. Note there is no parking available at the building.
Do you offer better rates for repeat family stays?
Yes — our membership tiers give 5% to 15% off, and the Platinum tier includes special rates for 4–8 pax units. Two stays generally cover the membership cost. You can also ask us directly on WhatsApp at +65 8162 1886.
