Space Residency sits about 300 metres from KSL City Mall. Leaving the lobby, the mall entrance is a few minutes away on foot — no highway to cross, no shuttle to wait for, and nothing to plan around. It is the difference between deciding to eat out and having to organise eating out.
Inside the mall you have a cinema, a hypermarket for stocking your kitchen, a food court and several floors of retail. For guests staying a week or longer, being able to do a grocery run on foot and cook in your own kitchen is usually what makes the stay cheaper than a hotel.
One honest caveat: there is no parking on site. That is precisely why the walking distance matters — most of our guests do the whole trip without a car, and take a ride-hail vehicle only for longer journeys.

How far is MJL Colife from KSL City Mall?
About 300 metres — a 3-minute walk. Our units are inside Space Residency, which sits on the same block, so you reach the mall on foot without crossing a highway or waiting for a ride.
Do I need a car to stay here?
No. The mall, a convenience store and several restaurants are all within a few minutes' walk. For trips further out, Johor Bahru Sentral is 4.2 km away and Larkin Sentral bus terminal is 4.1 km.
Is there parking at the property?
There is no parking available on site. Guests who drive usually park at nearby public parking. Most of our guests walk to the mall and take a ride-hail car for longer trips.
What facilities do I get access to?
Every stay includes the full Space Residency facilities: a rooftop infinity pool, sky garden and koi pond, a fully-equipped gym, a kids' pool, a children's playground and a sky jogging track. There is no extra charge.
Which unit should I book for a couple, and which for a family?
A Studio suits couples and solo travellers. Families and larger groups usually take a 2 Bedroom or a Dualkey Suite, which sleep up to five and six guests respectively.
